Flight Details

We are coordinating a group flight from Toronto Pearson International to Athens International "Eleftherios Venizelos" to ensure a seamless journey for everyone. Guests will be responsible for covering the cost of their own flights.

We’ll be taking the only nonstop flight from Toronto Pearson to Athens with Air Canada. Please note the timing carefully:

• Flight number: Air Canada AC 896

• Departure: Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), Tuesday, April 22, 2026 at 6:30 PM (18:30 Toronto time)

• Arrival: Athens – Elefthérios Venizélos International Airport (ATH), Wednesday, April 23, 2026 at 11:10 AM (Athens local time)

Because of the overnight flight and time difference, we will leave Toronto on the evening of April 22 but arrive in Athens on the morning of April 23. Please keep this in mind when booking your own travel.

The flight is approximately 9 hours and 40 minutes nonstop.

Once we land in Athens, we’ve arranged a private shuttle bus to take everyone from the airport directly to the villa for check-in.

• The shuttle will leave Elefthérios Venizélos International Airport around 1:00 PM local time (exact time will be confirmed closer to the date).

• If you’re on our flight, you’ll automatically be included.

• If you book a different flight, you’re still welcome to join the shuttle, but you must be at the Athens airport before the shuttle departs.

• Please note: if you miss the shuttle, you’ll be responsible for arranging your own transportation. The trip to the villa is about two hours by land and sea, and local options are very limited.
